This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Pulsar. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and is enforced with the same weight.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Pulsar to generate, store, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or anything that sexualizes minors.
- Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or genocide.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing material, or stalking tooling.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of others.
- Malware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or tools designed to enable unauthorized access.
- Content designed to mislead voters, manipulate elections, or impersonate public officials.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass plan quotas, authentication, or rate limits.
- Share a single account across multiple users or resell access without a written agreement.
- Use the Service as a general-purpose inference proxy for applications outside your workspace.
- Run illegal, high-risk, or regulated activities (e.g., unlicensed medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice) in a way that presents the output as professional advice.
- Interfere with other customers' use of the Service.
3. High-risk use cases
The Service is not designed or certified for use where failure could cause death, personal injury, environmental harm, or loss of critical infrastructure. Do not use it for life-support, aviation, nuclear, or similar high-risk applications.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Pulsar in violation of this policy, email [email protected]. Include URLs, screenshots, or any other evidence where possible.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action,up to and including warnings, feature throttling, suspension, or termination,at our discretion. In cases involving illegal content, we may preserve evidence and report to relevant authorities.
